Monthly Export
On the 20th of each month, the agent pulls FYE companies from Airtable and uploads a formatted Excel file to the SharePoint AGM folder. Trigger manually for any month using the button above.
Notion Cross-Check
Every day at 11am, the agent compares the SharePoint FYE list against Notion AGM tickets. Missing tickets are flagged and reported to Ops Daily Sync Up via Octopus Bot.
Follow-up Tracker
Flagged companies are tracked here until resolved. The agent reads the Monthly CLI chat daily to understand status, then sends a reminder. Click a month row to filter the tracker.
Mark as Resolved
Once a ticket is created or the company is confirmed not applicable, click Mark Resolved. The agent stops sending reminders for that company.
Month Filter
Click any row in the Processed Months table to filter the Follow-up Tracker to that month only. Click the same row again to clear.
Agent Schedule
Export runs on the 20th at 10:30am SGT. Cross-check and follow-ups run daily at 11am SGT. Use this dashboard to trigger manually or check current state.
Compares what is actually sitting in each shared mailbox against what OMNI has recorded, so nothing quietly falls through the gap. Catches messages entirely missing or stale by ID — it cannot see attachments, signatures, or formatting differences.
